METHOD

The delivery record is part of the deliverable

A finding is only worth what the record behind it can support. These seven commitments apply to every engagement, in every division, and none of them are optional.

01

One accountable engagement owner

A single named owner carries the decision, the evidence, and the schedule. No handoff between sales and delivery.

02

Written decision statement before technical work

The question the engagement must answer is agreed in writing first. It is the test every later finding is measured against.

03

Explicit scope and evidence boundary

What is in scope, what is not, and what Riveltis is not qualified to claim, stated before work begins.

04

Daily field record during active deployment

What was observed, what was done, and what changed, recorded the day it happens.

05

Controlled findings with cited support

Observed facts, analysis, assumptions, and recommendations kept separate, each tied to its source.

06

Measured baseline and outcome for process work

Improvement claims are only made against a number that was recorded before the change.

07

Closeout package that transfers ownership to the client

Method, records, and measurement handed over so the result survives the engagement.

DELIVERY MODEL

What is done in house, and what is not

Riveltis is the integrating party. Where a qualification is legally or technically required, it is held by a named provider rather than implied.

RIVELTIS OWNS

The client decision, evidence architecture, custody discipline, technical integration, and execution cadence.

PARTNERS PROVIDE

Specialized testing, certification, legal, or audit authority where the qualification is required and held.

Bring the question, not a scope of work

If the decision is clear, the engagement shapes itself around it. If it is not yet clear, that is the first thing scoping resolves.
