What Riveltis will and will not claim
Independence is only worth something if its limits are stated. This page is published so clients, partners, and assessing parties can hold the company to it.
Riveltis may coordinate specialized laboratories and qualified partners, preserve custody, frame test questions, review evidence, and translate results into a business or supply decision.
Riveltis will not claim laboratory accreditation, certification authority, formal audit authority, or regulated approval until the company or a named provider holds the required qualification.
How independence is protected in practice
A boundary statement means little without the working rules that enforce it.
Findings are not negotiated
A client may correct a factual error, and that correction is recorded. A client may not change a conclusion the evidence supports.
No outcome shopping
Riveltis does not accept engagements conditioned on reaching a predetermined result, and does not re-run an assessment to obtain a different one.
Conflicts are disclosed before engagement
Any commercial relationship with a supplier, laboratory, or competing party relevant to the work is disclosed in writing before scoping closes.
Observations stay separate from opinion
Observed facts, analysis, assumptions, and recommendations are labelled distinctly, so a reader can see exactly where evidence ends and judgement begins.
Limits are stated in the deliverable
What could not be determined, and why, appears in the findings rather than being left as a silence.
Classification is agreed before any controlled evidence changes hands. Do not send export-controlled, classified, or customer-proprietary material by email. Riveltis will confirm an approved transfer and storage method in writing before receiving it.
